Sasha is a health and nutrition content researcher, writer and founder of She is passionate about making the most up-to-date health information available online in a way that supports public health initiatives and helps people make decisions that improve their wellbeing. Sasha holds degrees in B.A. in Anthropology and M.Sc. in Food and Nutrition. In her ten years as a writer, she has written content for over 50 health, wellness, and fitness companies including journals Food and Nutrition Bulletin - Maya K’iche’ Food Groups and Implications for Guatemalan Food Guidelines and Intercultural Studies - Role of Maize in Forming and Maintaining Community in Arrollo Sacasiguan. Sasha has been given the Award in Excellent Research by the University of San Carlos.
