About Reads

Ling finds joy teaching power vinyasa flows as well as decompressing in soothing yin yoga classes. She completed her teacher training in Rishikesh, India and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance. She is a Lead Instructor for a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training for Mental Health and Healthcare Professionals with the Well-Being Center LLC, Ardmore, PA. In college, she double majored in Kinesiology & Health Science and Psychology. Her work in the Kinesiology & Health Science Department, as an Anatomy Lab Teaching Assistant, was pivotal to her personal practice and teaching of alignment in asana. She received her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Behavioral Health. Her clinical experience at Therapy Center of Philadelphia provided outpatient long-term relational therapy for women and members of the transgender communities. She is thankful to be a part of the DOYOU community and editorial team.
