I am a Boston-based freelance food writer, a global health research consultant, an RYT-200 yoga teacher, and a certified barre teacher. Additionally, I am a Masters of Science graduate in Global Health and former Food Literacy Project Fellow at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Prior to my Masters, I graduated in 2015 with a BA/BS in French and Physiology from Southern Illinois University, where I also competed as an NCAA DI track/cross country runner. My mission as a writer and as a yoga teacher is to inspire social change in the global food system through eating and living mindfully. Connect with me to learn more about my life as a vegan-baking plant-based foodie, traveling yogini, running junkie, and (most importantly) genuine human being.
