I found yoga through a journey of several mental illnesses that I had for almost all my life. Yoga helped me to find the right path and to for the first time in my life actually recover. Later on I also became someone who regularly meditates and writes to find peace in the everyday life. Right now I'm also about to get an education to become a kids yoga instructor, together with some amazing people that I've met along this incredible way of finding myself.
