I practiced Pranayama and Kundalini Yoga as a child but knew I needed to strengthen my asanas as I became an adult. Having a history of injuries, I knew my asana practice would aid in my physical therapy and overall wellness. What I did not expect was a state of bliss that set in when my physical vessel was no longer in pain during seated meditations. I recently completed my 200hr RYT training but will be a student, always. After all, we are all learning from each other, everyday!
