Ruthe Burke is a yoga Instructor who specialises in Corporate Yoga and Somatic Movement. Helping people to move freely and experience pain-free movement in their bodies, as well as seeing her students at the end of the class, are her main motivation for teaching yoga. She loves the sense of peace that her yoga practice brings to her life, and is eternally filled with gratitude for the ability to share this gift with others.
