Kaye Locke

I've been practicing yoga regularly for about eight years, and now I'm retired, as well as practicing at home, I try to get to three classes a week. Some at a dedicated yoga centre (The Jasmine Trust in Retford) and some less formal classes at my local gym. I'll never be as flexible as I was when I was younger, but I'll keep trying!
