Another thing we love is how Rachel keeps it real in her post captions, even sharing how there are some poses that she can't and won't go into as deep as she used to (or at all!) because you DO have to adjust and modify to ensure your baby's safety comes first. So never force your body into ANY pose that doesn't feel comfortable.
