Sheelah Rodriguez

Sheelah is a certified Rainbow Kids Yoga instructor, a self-taigh meditator and on her way to a graduate certificate in Therapeutic Recreation. She has over seven years experience working with children from ages 3 to 14 of all abilities. A self-proclaimed Care bear, Sheelah’s energetic and joyful spirit contributes to fun filled classes while her kind and approachable manner help children feel at ease and supported.
