She specializes in women's training, cycle syncing to rebalance hormones, and pre- and post-natal training. Having transformed both her body and her mind over the past eight years of practicing Pilates, Sarah believes it to be a crucial and fundamental part of any health lifestyle. She loves to create innovative routines that challenge core stability while sculpting lean muscles and burning fat. When she's not making abs, legs, and arms shake in Madrid, she loves to travel around beautiful Spain and soak up some sun.
