Nathalie is a lawyer-turned-therapist based in Chicago. The focus of her practice is helping women who are dissatisfied with their careers, personal relationships or both. During the years that she practiced law, Nathalie became well-versed in stress, and now enjoys helping women find a healthy work-life balance. An avid yogi, Nathalie believes so deeply in the mental health benefits of yoga that she became a certified instructor. She now incorporates yoga poses and meditative breathing into her therapy sessions to help her clients manage stress and anxiety.
