Yoga caught my attention 25 years ago. I soon realized yoga is a multifaceted subject worthy of a lifetime of study and the journey began. There is beauty in the language of yoga. The mythology of yoga aligns itself to physics and the mysteries of the universe like nothing else. Yoga illuminates our inner world and shows each of us who we are. Yoga empowered me, focused my mind, and gave me confidence. In 2001 I began teaching yoga, in 2004 I opened a yoga studio on Maui, in 2009 I closed the studio to travel and teach internationally which I did for almost two years. Since then I have led a dozen teacher trainings on the Peninsula and San Francisco. These days I teach yoga in Silicon Valley, lead yoga retreats, and love to write about insights gleaned while teaching and practicing.
