Alina Seeberger

Alina met and fell in love with Yoga during her job at a consulting company and it became indispensable. In the beginning Yoga was a great compensation for the job and an opportunity to feel “home” even when travelling. She is fascinated by the balance of flexibility and strength achieved with a regular practice – and the strong body & mind connection through conscious breathing. Having experienced Yoga workshops and various styles in different cities, Alina decided to expand her knowledge about and share the love for Yoga with a profound teacher training in beautiful Bali. This experience was pure magic! Today – when not teaching, you can find Alina practicing challenging and peaceful Asanas, dancing classical ballet positions, or travelling to far ends of the globe with her mat in hand; following the intention “clarity of mind, speech & heart” in every moment.
