Firefly pose or Tittibhasana is an advanced arm balance that builds strength in the arms, inner thighs, and core. It also opens up the chest, increases flexibility in the hamstrings and hips, and improves your balance.
Tittibhasana can be quite challenging so I thought I’d share with you all some tips and give you a step-by-step guide to help you practice Firefly pose and lift off in your practice. Enjoy!
