I believe it should be there every day. Why? Because dedicated time where we stop, drop, and let go has such a positive effect on our overall health and happiness!

Clarity Through Stillness

Dedicated relaxation time is a chance to balance out the constant activity of our lives. And while the body benefits greatly from a few minutes of stillness and rest, it’s actually the mind that benefits the most. A busy mind can easily exhaust itself with the constant movement that is daily life; thinking, analysing, creating, worrying, remembering, thinking…you get my drift.

I’ve created this guided relaxation to help you let go mentally and physically and enjoy a few minutes of stillness on the inside and out. This relaxation is a great way to start your day in a clear and balanced way, or you can use it at the end of the day to unwind and let go.

All you need to do is lie down, let go and listen to my voice…It’s that simple.
