Nina grew up watching her mother meditate daily—an experience that made a profound impression and deeply influenced her approach to wellness. Her own chronic health issues prompted her to deepen her practice, and ultimately led her down the teaching path. She studied with some of the best in New York, and continues to seek guidance and expand through daily meditation, books, music, and movement. She creates a safe and nurturing environment for students to explore themselves honestly. Her vinyasa sequences are thoughtfully designed to strengthen and soften the mind, body, and spirit. She lives her yoga and is inspired by traveling to places outside her comfort zone both physically and emotionally. She believes it is a privilege to have the opportunity to share this healing practice. She currently leads retreats in Mexico, Cuba, Morocco, Iceland and teaches in New York City.
