Melanie Lotz

I am a vinyasa yoga teacher, thai yoga massage practitioner and writer. Teaching, touching, moving and sharing - I love to connect and inspire as much as I love to be inspired. A dancer turned yogi, I am passionate about mooooving, breathing and feeeeeling. I teach group classes, private classes and workshops inspired by the "Lotus Flow", a vinyasa yoga style created by Dana Trixie Flynn and Jasmine Tarkeshi, co-directors of Laughing Lotus. My specialties: Somatic movement principles of contemporary stage dance for moving with more strenght and ease. Yummie massage sessions to beam you from savasa right into seventh heaven. ​ Whether on the mat or in my writing, my heart is beating to share how yoga can transform your body and your mind towards living a life you truly love.
