Lenka Bartosova

Lenka is a yogi, digital designer, traveller and adventurer (whatever that means), runner and a lot more! She started her yoga journey in 2011 and is hooked on it ever since. She spent 6 months living, working and learning in an eco-community in New Zealand. She participated there in vast amount of workshops focused on yoga and different styles of yoga, old yoga practices such as fire ceremony (havan), shamanism and sweat lodge, essential oils, herbalism, permaculture, thai massage, bodywork, meditations, Maori healing and more. She is also a social soul and loves to chat about meaningful (or less meaningful) stuff over a cup of herbal tea.
