After practicing yoga for about 6 months, I decided to take my practice to a new level. I am now a 200 hour certified yoga instructor with 2 years of teaching experience. Yoga has forced me out of my own comfort zone. Yoga has also helped me to become a happier and stress-free individual in life. I hope to share the gift of yoga with individuals from all over the world to help improve personal well-being, reduce stress and increase happiness levels.
