Brenna Conroy

Hi everyone! My name is Brenna and I am a new and aspiring yogi. I began my practice roughly six months ago and love what it has brought to my life. Before starting yoga I was being suffocated by my anxiety and stress. Yoga has brought peace to my mind and strength to my body. DOYOU has helped me so much throughout my new yoga journey; thank you! I love being outdoors hiking, biking, and especially doing yoga! I am a graduate student in early childhood education. I strive to bring yoga and meditation to my students' lives.
