These days lots of people are discovering Ayurveda through their experience of yoga. And ya know what? That’s no accident!
Why? Because these two ancient sciences were “born” to support each other in a number of different ways. In fact, many consider them two sides of the same coin. So if you’re practicing yoga, here’s why embracing Ayurveda would make a powerful next step.
I’ve said before that yoga without Ayurveda is kinda missing the point. And hopefully you’re starting to get a sense for what I mean by that. If you love what yoga has done for your mind, body, and life, you know now that you already practice Ayurveda… a little.
