Julie Keel

Julie Keel, a 200 HR E-RYT, was born in Nashville, TN. She began her yoga practice in 2005 on the beaches of Costa Rica. It was there that her love of the outdoors became forever intertwined into her yoga practice. She founded River's Edge Yoga in Louisville, KY in 2009, their mission is to encourage people to move with awareness through out their daily lives, to appreciate each breath and every experience as we learn to live mindfully. It is through Yoga that we realize the interconnectedness of all. She believes that we experience this connection the deepest when we are in nature.
